14 Jan Liverpool Council Remembers
Liverpool Council put on a fabulous event held at Bigge Park, Liverpool to mark 100 years since the signing of the Armistice to put an end to WW1. The Armistice Family Picnic was a fun filled free family event that took their guests back to 1918 and showcased the music, fashion and people of this time.
Our experienced installers erected 2 tents- 10x15m sand tent and 4.5mx7m burnt orange tent to provide seating and shade to all attending. There was also some wonderful bands that featured under the grand marquees throughout the day.
Featured at this event was a fabulous fashion show parading the outfits of this era. There was also a petting zoo for the kids, circus workshops, games, vintage cars and some delicious food trucks.
It was definitely a day for all to remember!
