Brrrrr it's certainly getting colder.  The gorgeous rusty colours of autumn are disappearing quickly and being replaced by chilly mornings and nights.  Winter is definitely here!

One of our past guests who had used our marquees for their daughters 21st birthday, book another fiery red freeform stretch tent for their son's surprise 21st birthday party in their backyard last month.  

The professional installers at Bedouin Tent did such a great job installing 2 x tents in their gorgeous backyard.  A 9x12m  tent was used as a seated dinner area with decorative tables and chairs under the twinkling fairy lights around the tent.  

Another tent (4.5x6m) was erected as a middle eastern themed chill out area.  It looked gorgeous once we placed some of our squat ottomans, embossed coffee tables, lanterns and fairy lights to decorate and create ambience under the tent for the guests.  

The final effect was an arabian wonderland for the lucky 80 invitees attending the surprise party.

The tricky part of this event was trying to keep it a surprise from the birthday boy.  We had to do the site assessment undercover, pretending to be surveyors.  The birthday boy was none the wiser!  ;)
 
On the day of the installation, the client whisked the birthday boy away for the day and night, so he didn’t see the set up.  

It was certainly a surprise party that will be memorable and a cherished event in his life.
